Good news everyone, after 3 weekends of filming I can now tell you that my first ever video will be up on Youtube this weekend! Woohoo! It took a little longer then I thought it would, but in the end we managed to film everything in just 3 hours. I admit it took us a while to get used to the camera, getting the right angles and making sure the camera wasn’t pointing into the wind or at the traffic whilst also remembering what to say. Theres a lot more to this filming marlarky then I thought! I am however, very pleased with the final outcome and I can not wait to show everyone, all I need to do is find some music for the introduction and do some editing and it should be on your screens on Saturday.
I also managed to get my first double row of peas in the ground and I sowed some cosmos seeds, my first sowing this year which is ever so exciting (you’ll find more about this in the video!) I’m hoping the cats in the house next door look after my peas just like they looked after my broad bean seeds 🙂

Look forward to watching the videos you make down at the plot,I do the odd video just using my phone camera. I works for me but most of mine are around 5mins long not 3hours, how often will you do a new video. I have some beans growing in the greenhouse, need to plant some straight into the soil. I normally just push the bean straight into the soil,I’d say I’d like to make a trench like you have, but I don’t want to build my hopes up and do it properly.
Overall it took 3 hours to film, the video isn’t 3 hours long (that would definately bore people!) Which beans are you growing? My broad beans are coming on lovely outside which I’m super happy about! Making a trench doesn’t take very long but I see your logic. Better to try and fail then to not try at all right? 🙂
Not long now
