It looks like the rhubarb season is still underway and there is plenty growing here in Wales down on the farm. I’ve been telling Charles about the Rhubarb crumble cake for ages now so it only seemed right to make him one. So off I headed to the rhubarb patch just in front of the house and picked 5 large juicy stems, there’s still loads left and I just wish I had all the equipment here to make some wine!
